Her work on the Inquiry involved researching and drafting a volume of the final report of the Inquiry.
Before moving to London Sarah practised for two years in Durban as a commercial and personal injury litigation specialist. Since joining C&A Inc her practice has included providing opinions for clients on all aspects of environmental law, and conducting High Court litigation on environmental matters. Sarah has provided advice on environmental legal compliance to clients in a range of sectors, including the commercial waste disposal, petroleum, forestry, and aluminium sectors and has drafted audit reports and legal registers. Sarah has a thorough understanding of administrative law and has drafted administrative appeals and responses for various public and private sector clients. She has a particular interest in biodiversity law which is the subject of her Masters dissertation.
Sarah became a director of C&A in March 2008. She is also a director of the Cape Town branch of EnAct International.
